General Information

Our super clean and cozy coastal decor condo has a relaxed homey feel. You’ll want to stay and gaze at the beach from your comfy spot on our large balcony or from the cozy sectional.

We are constantly refreshing our condo as we get ready for our guests each year. Our condo includes new showers in all bathrooms. Carpet was updated in 2021 in the bedrooms and living room. Updated flooring in bathrooms, hall, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen with updated appliances with granite counter-tops. Updated sliding doors. Walk in showers in 2 bathrooms - Updated bathrooms cabinets and new toilets.

Primary bedroom has pillow top King mattress sleeps like a dream. Full size beds with memory foam mattresses in 3rd bedroom. 2nd bedroom has comfy queen mattress with fluffy pillows for a restful stay with bed quilts and pillows. You can sleep 6 adults comfortably and up to 8 total guest with the full size beds. We also have a Pack n Play - please bring your own crib sheets

Bring your own beach towels.
We are in walking distance to Barefoot Landing and all of the shops and restaurants (under 1 mile walk).

Guest Access

- Keyless Entry. Enter unit after check in time of 4pm.
- Secure WiFi available.

- Elevator for easy move in... carts provided. Pool on property. Small size washer and dryer combo available for your use in our unit. Larger commercial units are located 3rd or 5th floor near elevator.

- Two parking spaces available for your stay- not assigned. Overflow lot across the street may be used for second car • code is #4605. Additional cars will need to source parking elsewhere.
- Parking passes in unit use for your visit (in kitchen in wall rack on cabinet). Please return parking passes back to unit when you checkout.

- Beach storage unit includes umbrellas, chairs and beach toys - code to door is 1663 (press schlage, then code to lock and unlock the door)
- Staircase passcode is 2153 - Outside bathroom passcode is 2153
- Beach boardwalk gate code: no longer needed at this time

Other Things to Note

Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards along with other beach accessories are availabel for your use during your stay. Located in the storage area, directly out the front door of our condo.

Electric car charging stations are located at Barefoot Landing parking area in the SE corner.

The pool is open on a seasonal schedule, typically 4/1 weather permitting.

Unfortunately we can’t control any construction or remodeling noise during your stay as this is a building with 53 other units in our building. Typically during the off-season months (Nov, December, January and February)
