Our two-bedroom condo is located on the Sea of Cortez nestled within walking distance of the best of Rocky Point hot spots (Palmidas Casino, Sandy Beach restaurants and the Malecón). Updated, clean and comfortable with amazing views whether you are relaxing on the balcony or relaxing by the pool. The resort offers 24/7 security, pools, hot tub, outdoor BBQs and gym for your use during your stay.

About the Property

Our 2 bedroom with attached bathrooms offers new mattresses in both bedrooms. A King mattress in the primary bedroom and a Queen mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a dresser and closet space.

The kitchen is fully loaded - new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Cookie sheets and serving dishes.

Basic spices and oil available.

12 cup coffee maker and coffee filters available.

We have a blender, toaster and microwave.

Our balcony offers a view of the pool and sea. Watch the boats go in and out of the harbor.

Guest Access

You will go through the security guard gate at the entrance to the parking area: Only one car permitted in the Pinacate resort parking area. Extra parking is across the street for a daily rate. Please note, we are not responsible for your vehicles while at the condo.

Our two bedroom condo is private, but we use FMI (Reservation Desk) for check-in and check-out. You will pick up your key, resort bracelet and leave a credit card on file during your stay. No extra charges are billed to you as those are managed through us. Please note: You will be liable for any damages to the unit or property. You will be required to follow the resort rules (i.e., quiet hours, pool rules, etc.)

The Pinacate Resort offers patio seating, outdoor fireplace with bench seating, palapas and chairs along with a hot tub and outdoor showers. They also have DVD's and books for your use. Bag of ice is $3 at the front desk. If you need more drinking water, please request another 5 gallon jug for the condo.

Here, you can truly leave the keys behind. Step outside and stroll to everything—massages, cantinas, pizza, ice cream, fresh seafood, lively shopping spots, and even the casino. If you want to explore further, taxis are inexpensive and easy, so you can enjoy the town without worrying about parking or navigating traffic. It’s perfectly central, wonderfully walkable, and one of the reasons guests return to our condo year after year.
